Arginine is a non-essential amino acid that is synthesized in the human body through the digestion of proteins. It is involved in many metabolic processes, such as removing ammonia from the body, cell division and protein synthesis. One of its main actions is the protection of blood vessels from thrombosis and cardioprotection. Arginine also increases exercise endurance and muscle volume, and strengthens the immune system.
Precautions for use/interactions:
People with hypotension, kidney or liver disease, cancer patients and patients on anticoagulants should avoid taking arginine. There are no studies on the safety of supplemental intake during pregnancy and breastfeeding and therefore it should be avoided.

Directions:
As a food supplement take 3 capsules two times daily with plenty of water or other liquid.
