Directions:
Mix 1 tablespoon (30 g) of powder with 300 ml of cold water. Take 1 dose daily and between meals. On training days, take 1 dose immediately after training

First time trying a vegan shake, salted caramel taste alright, easy on the stomach. My only complain is how small the bag is since I could finish it within a week for just 1 serving per day. Wish they’d sell a bigger bag.
