Order Processing
We accept orders from customers in Cyprus and internationally.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, between 09:30 and 19:00, excluding public holidays.
All orders are dispatched only after full payment has been confirmed.
Shipping Responsibility
Responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the selected courier company.
Free Store Pickup
Free store pickup is available from Monday to Friday.
Please visit the selected store only after receiving confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
Product Information & Pricing
VIP Supplements Cyprus makes every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, prices, stock availability and other website information are accurate and up to date.
However, occasional errors may occur due to technical issues, human error or changes in product availability.
If a product appears at an unusually low or high price compared with its normal market value, please contact us before completing your purchase.

International Shipping
International orders are accepted subject to product availability, courier coverage, destination restrictions and applicable shipping costs.
