DY Nutrition Shadowhey Isolate Whey Protein 2kg

Shadowhey Isolate Whey Protein by DY Nutrition comes in a 2000g container, providing approximately 66 servings of 30g. In addition, the supplied nutritional information lists approximately 26g of protein per serving.

Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Therefore, this supplement can complement the protein you get from meals. For example, you can enjoy a shake after training or between meals.

Shadowhey Isolate Whey Protein Formula

The supplied formula combines whey protein isolate, hydrolysed whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. In addition, it contains flavourings and sweeteners.

However, recipes can differ between flavours and formula versions. Therefore, use your selected container’s label as the reference for its exact ingredients. For further product information, visit the official DY Nutrition product page.

Preparing Your Daily Shake

First, measure 30g of Shadowhey Isolate Whey Protein according to the packaging instructions. Then, add the powder to water or milk. Finally, shake until evenly mixed.

For example, water keeps the nutritional values close to those of the powder alone. Alternatively, milk adds a creamier texture and extra nutrients. Therefore, include those additions when calculating your intake.

In addition, follow the liquid quantity recommended on your container. However, your daily serving needs depend on the protein you already get from food.

Shadowhey Isolate Whey Protein Flavours

Choose from four flavours to suit your daily routine. For example, Chocolate offers a classic option, while Strawberry Banana provides a fruity alternative.

• Strawberry Banana
• Chocolate
• Vanilla Caramel
• Cookies Cream

Alternatively, try Vanilla Caramel or Cookies Cream for a dessert flavour. Each 2kg container provides approximately 66 servings. However, larger portions reduce the number of servings. Therefore, weighing the powder helps you keep portions consistent.
