Terms of Use – Personal Training (PT) Programs

 

   Prepayment & Package Validity

All Personal Training packages must be fully prepaid and are valid for up to 60 days from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled at least 6 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the session being counted as used and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Member Tardiness

Session time will not be extended in case of member lateness. If the member is more than 15 minutes late, the trainer reserves the right to cancel the session entirely.

Trainer Availability

Sessions are scheduled based on the availability of our Personal Trainers. While we make every effort to maintain a consistent schedule, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific trainer.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

All packages are strictly personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases, such as serious medical issues, and must be supported by official documentation.

 

Health & Liability

The member confirms that they are physically fit to exercise and have no health conditions that would prevent participation. The gym and trainers are not liable for injuries caused by undisclosed health conditions or failure to follow instructions.

 

Gym Access Included

The package price includes full access to the gym facilities during your training sessions. No additional membership fee is required for entry during PT sessions.

 

Session Duration

Each Personal Training session lasts approximately 45–60 minutes. The trainer may adjust duration depending on the member’s performance or specific goals.

 

Code of Conduct

Members are expected to behave respectfully and follow all gym rules during PT sessions. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or termination of the PT package without refund.

 

Communication

All session scheduling or rescheduling must be done directly with your assigned trainer or through the official gym contact methods (email, WhatsApp, or phone). Informal arrangements outside official channels are not guaranteed.

 

Facility Limitations

Please note: The gym does not provide toilets, showers, or locker rooms.
This is a dedicated training space only – designed exclusively for exercise.

At 24/7 Fitness Center, we believe that structure and consistency are key to getting the most out of your fitness journey. These terms of use for personal training clearly explain how sessions work, what to expect, and your responsibilities as a member. Please read carefully before booking.

3. Member Lateness

Trainers follow a tight schedule. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the scheduled time. Moreover, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, the trainer may cancel the session without refund.

4. Trainer Scheduling

We do our best to keep your sessions consistent. However, trainer availability may vary. In case your preferred trainer isn’t available, we will do our best to offer alternatives.

5. Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable

All training packages are strictly personal. They cannot be shared or refunded. Refunds apply only in exceptional medical circumstances, and we require valid documentation.

6. Health and Safety

You must confirm that you are physically fit to train. If you hide any health issues, you take full responsibility for any resulting injuries. Follow your trainer’s guidance at all times for your own safety.

7. Gym Access During PT Sessions

Your training sessions include access to the gym. You don’t need to purchase a separate gym membership for those specific hours. This benefit applies only during your scheduled PT sessions.
