8. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify VIP Supplements within the withdrawal period and return the product in accordance with our return conditions.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returned products must be unused, unopened, sealed, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
